Time: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Thank you for showing your support for our regeneration efforts at Westerfolds Park, Templestowe.

This is an extremely rare herb and grassland, containing many rare endangered plants and animals. Participants will have the opportunity to plant some of these species to strengthen what is already there. The very knowledgeable contractor Eva will give a talk about the plants and the ecological significance of the site.

We’re excited for a morning of planting and regeneration work!  A few housekeeping things to mention:

* Meet at Westerfolds Park, Templestowe

* Water will be available on site, however please pack your own drink bottle

Run by our awesome Specialist Advisor Andrew Wood, this will be a perfect volunteer activity if you wish to gain new skills and experience in regeneration.

Bring a hat, closed toe shoes, sunscreen and water. This will be a COVID safe event. Hand sanitiser will be provided.

If this is your first event with us and you haven’t already could you please upload or email your Working with Children Check to volunteers@yarrariver.org.au
