Bruce is a long-term advocate for energy efficiency and sustainability in general. He has a degree in
Planning and Masters in Environmental Science. He is the majority owner and Executive Chair of
Ecovantage, board member and Treasurer of Yarra River Keepers Association (YRKA) and a past
board member of the Energy Efficiency Council (6 years) and the ESIA (8 years) which he founded
in 2009.
Bruce is passionate about reducing waste and improving our environment and has a track record of
getting involved in whatever way works best from planting trees, picking up litter to presenting in
board rooms and ministers offices.
While recognising the power of collective action, Bruce is also a determined advocate for structural
change to embed better practices and achieve better long-term outcomes
