About

Building on diverse leadership and executive experience in the corporate, community and public sectors, Candice has spent the past decade honing her commercial skills and understanding of community organisations to provide strategic leadership and foster innovation in large, complex service organisations. With postgraduate degrees in business administration and public health, her specialist skills and interests converge in the areas of social impact and organisational sustainability. Alongside her other board roles, she has worked with executive teams and boards across finance, health, social services, and aged care in the areas of strategic planning, transformational change, service design and evaluation.
Candice lives in Clifton Hill and on most weekends you can find her in her kayak between Fairfield and Dights Falls. She understands the physical and mental health benefits of spending time in nature, and is a passionate advocate for a healthy river and all the amazing life it supports.
