We are making the leap into landscape regeneration in a bid to improve the health of your Yarra, its ecosystems and the important ecology that it supports. Through the approach of regeneration, we want a Yarra that can provide robust ecological processes that support all living things, big and small.

Regeneration is not a fast, short-term approach, it will take time. To begin this process, we identified two areas along the Yarra, Kew Billabong and Abbotsford. Because we know our communities are part of this journey with us, we want this project to include you!

That’s why, at the end of 2020 we launched a community consultation portal and asked the Melbourne community to submit their insights and suggested sites for this project.

We are now excited to share your suggestions, introduce our regeneration team and give you an opportunity to ask questions.
